More on some of these later so keep reading.

So let's get started here are some great resources to learn about the Orlando Florida area. Most people start their home searches on the internet and here are few helpful places to research our Orlando Florida area.

Tips When Owning A Great Vacation Rental

What will make your Orlando Florida vacation rental stand out from all the rest

Property management is key. You can do your own or hire a company. Be sure you have a company that won't nickel and dime you to death.

  • Ask are their charges for going out to change a filter or light bulb?
  • Can I put in my own bookings?
  • What do you charge as a fee when I do book the unit myself

This is a whole separate subject which we will cover again..so stay tuned.

Do you offer a game room? Guests especially with children like the added benefits of a fuss ball game, air hockey, pool table, ping pong.

Designer decorating including a big screen TV, extra child's crib, game boys, dvd player, and even the popular board games add to designer furniture package.

Easy Booking online this includes a fully automated online booking system. This would also include a calendar which shows available dates.

Lots of information about the surrounding area and even an offer of free tickets for a two week booking during the off peak times.

Great directions to the property from the airport.

Amenities in the community is there a small shop, children's theatre, community pool, tennis or basketball courts, game room, fitness center or meeting space?

Easy access to the property upon arrival. Don't forget some people may arrive very early or very late and not want to have to track the key inaddition to finding the property.
